2nd Lt. Ian bayles

bailed over friendly territory near airfield, was walking back until encountered local pub.  Was warmly welcomed upon entering the aforementioned hostilery and subsequently claiming x5 pints of their best ale.

Artie:     1 x 109K4 confirmed

Crash:   1x AAA

Painless:   2x 109K4 confirmed, 3x AAA.

Artie pulled off a great lethal deflection shot on a 109K4 just before we reached the front lines.

Unfortunately we were bounced by 2 more 109K4s who’s pilots were obviously born outside of wedlock. They killed Artie, Delta and Crash over Koln as we were descending on our primary objective with some laser guided deflection shots. 
I could only find heavy AAA to hit, no artillery as such.
I had to return home alone and dejected to write some letters.
