I am excited as I have finally broke ground on my 5.5 acres for the cabin.

I now have a culvert, gravel drive and a flat spot.  :)

Good show!

Although the flat spot looks like it is slanted a bit?

Just so you know, lol, wouldn't want to see you ending up with slanted cabin  :)

The spot was not finished in the photo. Although there is a small slope for runoff.

I often think about BG when I am on my land.  I was always envious of his ponds.

Now you need just a modest log home! I mean, trees are all around, just start logging :)

Lol :P .

Looks great from here Tonar!  How long a drive from your home is this?   Talking of Dutch inventions;  how much cannabis can you grow on five acres?

He's growing pot no doubt.

Not enough water up there.  But I have been thinking of textile hemp production( investing).  Untapped market in the US. Besides Canada can't have the monopoly on Hemp production. ;)

Surely a Dutch 'invention'. ...

But, Tonar's got trees, he don't need no tripod for starters!

My water table up there is 200-400  feet and in the Rocky Mountains.  I might finish in time for my 6 year old son to use it when he inherits the cabin.
