I started mine at 8.30am this morning. I'm now at 67% as of 6.00pm! At one time I was getting a D/L speed of 330kbps, now it is a consistent and lowly 5kbps! Estimated time of completion 4 days...

The camera man and producer of the clip makes a lot of the official airshow DVD's and after it went ballistic on YouTube he decided to include it as an 'easter egg' bonus on one of the official releases. I'll try and dig it out to see what it's on...

Trouble is, unfortunately it's not actually twilight tear. And apparently never was. A case of mistaken identity it seems, and a large legal dispute ensued. Part of the reason why a. tfc sold it and b. it's been repainted differently after resto. Shame I know, but we must now embrace 'fragile'!

Another +1 here for the MSFFB2! I've had mine for about 7 years now (bought second hand) after going through a myriad of lesser sticks IMO. Haven't tried any of the top range CH yet, but like most of the other guys here, I love my FFB. The only problems i've been getting of late is connection problems at computer startup, causing the stick to violently thrash around resulting it having to be unplugged and plugged back in again (strange). Other than that, it's superb. I'm actually going to be looking for another as a backup.

It will be nice to have more axis aircraft represented for sure! (I know they're not real 109's, but they look the part IMO!)

What a beautiful restoration, seen here at it's debut airshow in NZ recently. I believe it is to be shipped to it's new home in the USandA soon. Being a bit of a warbird buff, by my recollection that makes three airworthy early model P-40's. Another P-40C is with Paul Allen's FHC at Paine Field and here in good old blighty we are lucky to have a P-40B at Duxford with TFC.
