Klinger Posted March 7, 2007 Posted March 7, 2007 Good work DT, you are a man of many talents. RIP Captain A. 1941-2007. Quote
DoubleTap Posted March 7, 2007 Author Posted March 7, 2007 The story now a link to the video package. Quote
Rattler Posted March 7, 2007 Posted March 7, 2007 Awesome work, Glenn. I'm getting the same kind of close associations with people around here at my work as well. Now I know someone who produces for CNN, a teacher of the main character in "Hotel Rwanda", and the friend of a victim of the mass murderer in the "Zodiac" murders (the last two are a colleague of mine.) JensenPark Posted March 8, 2007 Posted March 8, 2007 as a long time collector of comics (which are sitting in storage to act as my boys university fund) I'm pissed they would 'kill off' such a character just for publicity... like that stupid bit killing off superman. On the other hand, well done Glenn! Pretty cool. Quote
1. DDz Quorum Painless Posted March 8, 2007 1. DDz Quorum Posted March 8, 2007 ~S~ DT , very interesting to read that the "Cap" was always much more than just a comic book character to the American public. You are indeed a talented man Glenn. Its a privilege to know you, (ya bastage Quote
GreyKnight Posted March 8, 2007 Posted March 8, 2007 Good article DT, although I couldn't give a rat's arse about 'Cap'. More a Spiderman fan myself. Quote
FlatSpinMan Posted March 8, 2007 Posted March 8, 2007 That must be a very satisfying feeling. Well done. Let us know about the next ones, too. Quote

delta7 Posted March 8, 2007 Posted March 8, 2007 well done mate- S Im a batman fan myself, I have read loads of the graphic novels nanananananananana.......................batman Quote
BadAim Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 Very nice, I can now say I have been repeatedly killed by a famous person ~S~ Quote
Enforcer57 Posted March 13, 2007 Posted March 13, 2007 Neat job you have there DT. I couldnt see the vid though, but the story was very informative for a guy who never read that comic. I was (in the 60s-I'm old as dirt-but not as old as BG) a reader of Sgt Rock, Sgt Fury, Combat, Enemy Ace, The Balloon buster, Johny Cloud, and a few others whose names I cant remember. I had a few superman issues, but he was never armed....I couldn't deal with that. An appropriate story considering that our state is run by our own version of the taliban.....the Ga. Taliban to be exact. E. Quote
