Blairgowrie Posted August 30, 2009 Share Posted August 30, 2009 One of the great features of our property is the large gravel deposits. A couple of years ago, I opened up a very nice gravel pit. There was a big boulder right in the middle of it and I knew the backhoe wouldn't be able to handle it. But I thought the excavator might stand a better chance so I headed back to the gravel pit and started digging. Once I exposed the rock, I knew that I could never lift it out of the hole.
