  1. I'm a i7-920 operator also, just shut down the hyperthreading cause Jedi said so. Thanks
  2. Another thought, have you checked the 1C web site, there is a tread about controls, 400+ entries, might help... http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/forumdisplay.php?f=189 or http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/forumdisplay.php?f=194 Good luck mate...
  3. Not sure if this is any help, I don't play it much, I try and keep it up to date, but I still enjoy IL-2 the most. The only control I have that you asked about is "Bail", I use the same as IL-2 Control E, and I'm not sure it works, the game may not have "Bail" set up to work yet. Thats all I can help with, I'm sure Jedi knows..... Pooka

    Crashes To Desktop

We haven't ran the stock 4.10 for so long I don't recall. I don't think so, so I'll put up a clean RC 4 and see if that helps. Thanks Gec and Snacko.
  5. For the last couple weeks I've been experiencing crashes to desktop. GPU is not over heating (56C). A quick discussion when I dropped out Saturday, suggested it may be an incorrect UP 3.0 4RC download. Remember I had the invisible plane behind me flown by Arty a few weeks back. Also mentioned were bad drivers for the GPU. I'll list the ingredients of my box and the drivers. ASUS P6X58D Premium MoBo Intel i7-920 CPU Mushkin Redline 6GB RAM Corsair 850HX PSU HIS Radeon HD4890 Turbo GPU (ATI 9-10 drivers) Windows 7 Home Premium The crashes have only happened when flying IL-2, that is about all this computer does. Thanks for any suggestions... Pooka DxDiag Sep11.txt
  6. From what I've gathered from Helen, Jim will be cremated and then at a specified time she will hold a "celebration of Jim's life". Maybe B16enk will learn more.
  7. Just arrived home, message on the phone and see the above post. I'm glad for BG, if there is another life he is there meeting old friends and family. Good Bye friend, I'll miss you. Pooka
  8. Hi Capt. If your in the US, I'd like to read it and than I'll pass it along. Pooka Dennis T Kruger 236 Sunset Drive Antigo, WI 54409

    Restored Zero

    Thanks, enjoyed the video...
  10. Received an Email from Helen and she said Jim wanted to make an appearance at Coops tomorrow. The computers are upstairs from his room, hoping the pain medications don't put him to sleep. I just wanted to pass the word that he will try and make an appearance tomorrow. Pooka

    Salute To Bg

~S~ Thany you BG for inviting me to join the Danger Dogz many years ago, and thank you for showing me that friends are really out there of the web. The trip to London, Duxford, all those Saturdays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and Sundays we wasted together, I would do it all over again. We'll carry on mate, but it won't be the same. Pooka
  12. That was what Helen mentioned yesterday, " if we would like to say something to Jim on the Dogz forum, she would see that he reads it or read it to him." Started a new thread, we can post something if we wish, I'll show it to Helen if they can't find it.

    Four Years

I joined the Dogz in June 2005, the date shows Feb 2006 but this was a new forum and those here at that time all received that date. BG sent me a list that I still have, these were members when I signed on: Blairgowrie Cold Gambler Doubletap Jensen Park Rattler Delta 7 B16Enk Friar There were others, but these guys never found a "real life".
  14. I don't believe this has been posted before, if so sorry. We were flying back to base and he took a hard right and disappeared.
  15. Thanks for posting. Very beautiful country, a lot more rugged that I had thought. From a distance it appears an easy walk up, but the closer photos show the opposite. Thanks again, glad your both back.
  16. This guy sounds way too good for us Dogz. I bet he's good looking too.
  17. I am just amazed, some of those shots make you feel as though your alongside in another plane. Excellent and these will go into "My Pictures" You shall be the Official Dogz Picture Taker. To bad you couldn't touch up some of those Painless shots, nice work on the other mates.
  18. Lots better, Dogz never forget, #44. Pooka Thanks Pooka !! ~S~ P.
  19. On the version I have, I just bring my cursor over Canada, keep lowering into the Owen Sound area. Way at the bottom of the screen the coordinates are changing as you move your cursor. Move it around, locate the degree settings, and work your way to the BG Compound. What gives the location away is that its been purposely blurred to prevent closer inspection of the property, all secret government sites do this. You can make out the white road system, appears like a queens crown. Pooka
  20. Hi mates, Visited BGs, Blairgowrie near Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada this past week. If you can afford an invite, go, very beautiful, the few pictures he puts out don't do it justice. Using Google Earth it can be found at these coordinates: N44-26'-20" W80-43'-28" The two roads off the highway are visible, along with the roads on his property, they encircle six ponds and lead to the saw mill. 21. I'm going to BGs, he's got indoor ice. Happy Canada Day mates.
