You have to take a lot of the History/Military channel stuff with a grain of salt. The Internet is much more reliable.

Seriously though, my favorite is "Great Planes", the host is supposed to be an F22 pilot, yet he doesn't know a fooking thing about aircraft, I get a laugh out of it every time.
