According to the video, you won't necessarily get the pink eyes with albino deer. When I lived in Marquette MI, we used to go down to Presque Isle park, where they had white deer.

Now imagine doing that on a cold winter's morning... Speaking as someone who has cranked an inertial starter, it's pretty demoralizing when the dang thing doesn't catch by the second time (if not the first).
