Snacko
Earth Hour - the world’s first global election, between Earth and global warming. VOTE EARTH by simply switching off your lights for one hour, and join the world for Earth Hour. VOTE GLOBAL WARMING by turning all your lights on, open all your refrigerators and leave the doors wide open.
Jediteo
Putting on my lights and cranking up my amplifier, how about we teach the hippies by playing Tchaikovski No1 Piano concerto very loudly. Bring on the Nuclear reactor.
Perfesser
I'm doing nothing different. I conserve all year, now I have to do without? Climate change isn't the issue anyway, global pollution is. It's too late to stop climate change, I just hope we still get enough winter to keep the Africanized bees south of Canada.
JensenPark
As you can guess, I think this is all a crock of shit. One of the dumber hoteliers in my city sent a note to the other hotels saying all they were going to do (turn off lights in offices not occupied, etc...), and all the other hotels are all jumping on the 'save the earth' bandwagon. Tonar
I just hope we still get enough winter to keep the Africanized bees south of Canada. :k9lmao: I'm with Perfesser on the litter and pollution being the problem. Anyone been to India or Mexico lately? Holy crap there is an eye opener. I will be picking up litter on my local roadways today for 2 hours
Streak
I shot about 200 rounds of corrosive Bulgarian ammunition that day. Then turned on all the lights, put the computer into turbo mode & played IL2 while the idiots were turning their lights out.
