@ sweper there is nothing wrong with your "online connection indicator" (the green bars on the top right of the screen) it looks ok. for the mic i think that Perf is close to the problem. go to the advanced mic settings and make sure that the "what you hear" is not selected if u have an option like that. also make sure that mic is muted as seen on Perf's picture.

i have read somewhere that it could be related to Video Aperture size setting in BIOS. try to play wit it. may be helps. if not i would believe that something is wrong with the memory or the motherboard.

it is probably corrupted user account. it happens sometimes but there is also a virus that makes your account unusable. go to safe mod and log in as an administrator. not the user with admin rights or the corrupted user. then go to control panel and create a new user account. reboot your computer and log in to the new user account and just copy all documents from the corrupted account.

hmm.... maybe, just maybe if i somehow manage to get cheap air ticket to London i could come and see the warbirds in real for a first time. my budget is rather small so could use to share a room in a hotel or maybe just a little dog house with a little pasture in it. I would also be grateful far info about way and cost of transport from London to Duxford.

did u try both clean and moded game?

i would say that the memory or the motherboard is bad. my first option would be the mobo. look at the big capacitors around the processor. if their top is little bit swollen (it needs to be flat) thats a sign to change the mobo. if u have multiple memory's try to put them ine by one and testing with memtest each time. and yes, bad memory CAN be the cause to bad CD reading
