Blairgowrie
Wifey has just completed 2 stained glass windows for some old dear who will be donating them to her church. Total cost for the 2 windows is $1,200 and they have to be shipped to British Columbia. .
JensenPark
Nice. Well done Helen. Best they get shipped fast before you decide to break these ones as well, eh?
1. DDz Quorum FoolTrottel Posted January 17, 2011 1. DDz Quorum Share Posted January 17, 2011 Very nice piece of work! (Or rather two then, yes) Was 'Easy cooking for today' as good a support in the production process as it is in that picture?
Snacko
Very Nice, BG. I have been thinking of doing stained glass someday when I get enough room for a workshop. I did a stained glass hanging lamp kit when I was a kid and liked it. But I was surprised that these cost $1200? Does that include both materials and Helen's labor, or just the materials? 1. DDz Quorum Pooka Posted January 17, 2011 1. DDz Quorum Share Posted January 17, 2011 Very nice indeed,, there appears a number " 12 " in the right window, is that correct. Meaning the twelve apostles to build on the rock?? Am I right or could you explain the figure. Really nice Helen.
Blairgowrie
$1,200 includes materials and labour Snack. Pooka, Very good spot on the number which is actually 18. Her husband was a golfer!
Sweper
Nice work BG (Helen)! I suppose it is a mirror of your property with the pond and all. Missing the excavator though.

Blairgowrie
Helen's mother who lives in BC is a member of the same church. Helen has done some other windows for the church for her mother and the women saw them.
BadAim
Why B.C. Jim? 'Cause it's easier than moving the Church to Ontario.
