When I read this post I thought "hanging with the Prime Minister" must surly be a code for something else. Only to find out you really did meet the Prime Minister. You see here in the states when someone says "I have to go shake hands with the President" what they really mean is they have to take a leak.

Aw man!!!!! I so wish I could go. The funny thing is my mother in law just went to England to see her son. Her suitcase just wasn't big enough to fit my fat head in.

On a side note received my practically brand new Sidewinder FF 2 yesterday. Only paid 32 buck shipped on Ebay and was very pleased to find out it was the red version. It does have a rather large footprint though.

Large foot print, but worth it!
I have 3 including one red version, have started playing with pinnacle game profiler, as an alternative to the now defunct MS Profiler, to get key presses/macros mapped to the button.
Not free software, but it does have a trial version and I'll do a tutorial and upload my profile when done

After a period of illness I can look back on a pleasant and industrious summer. My next big project is an improved simpit and the CH force-feedback conversion. I've all the components now, but I must confess I'm nervous about doing it

appreciates Fruitbat's love of Acronis. Marcium Backup is a free alternative that works perfectly and has never let me down ever. Only thing missing in the free version is incremental backup so you must create a new image each time you back up. Works very quickly and reliably.

Playing baseball, line drive hit, ran to first, next batter hit a double. On my way to 3rd heard a loud "Pop" sound. Tore a few hamstring fibers but I can walk ok.

Trojan trainer, this is a pretty hot "little" plane.

This is a Trojan. It impressed the hell out of me in person. Sure it's a trainer used for jet pilots but it's damn near close to a hellcat in appearance. 1400 horse power ain't nothing to sneeze at. Make it a single seater, and mount a few 20mm and 50 cals you'd basically have a WW2 Navy fighter. It sounded mean as hell when they fired it up too. -
