I copied those settings into my conf.ini but they are not reflected in the settings within the game?

I replaced the lines you gave but this did not show up in game

Any pointers please?

The only other thing I can think of is if you applied the settings in a different version to the one you tested. ie stock 4.11.1 and then you tested the hissy version.

Ok sorted it

I went into the game made a change to the elevator and then went to conf.ini to check what had changed

My Elevator is 1Y

and the Aileron is 1X

This a copy paste from a post I made years ago.

My settings as of now are a complete work in progress and 4.11

I have yet to come up with something I like let alone worth sharing.

I still have this same setup, short I've added a X-52 to the mix for more buttons and axis availability, and avoiding using Modes.

This is what you have in config file when you have the X-45 and CH Pro USB pedal combination.

At least this is true for T_O_A_D's machine with Win XP Pro.

If yours is different then set one line at a time to all zeros. Save file then start game and find out which axis is now dead. Once you know which line affect what axis your on your way.

Yeh should of mentioned that in my post, It was copy pasted from before the Time that you made Il2Sticks utility for this.

it doesn't hurt for folks to get the understanding of it though.
