My settings as of now are a complete work in progress and 4.11 I have yet to come up with something I like let alone worth sharing. I still have this same setup, short I've added a X-52 to the mix for more buttons and axis availability, and avoiding using Modes. This is what you have in config file when you have the X-45 and CH Pro USB pedal combination. At least this is true for T_O_A_D's machine with Win XP Pro. If yours is different then set one line at a time to all zeros. Save file then start game and find out which axis is now dead. Once you know which line affect what axis your on your way.
