Well.. here's me.. thought I'd already posted here but oh well.... only one I can find!! Quite a while ago on this and yes we had stupid uniforms and I'm not a fond wearer of head gear unless its a catchers mask!!

Hopefully it wont take you all long to notice that our old smilies are now available when posting. You can see the defaults (with 2 extra) when posting and a link to [more] which opens a popup. It was a little by accident and needed a quick fix to make sure it works as it does.

The above should be in a file called netmessages.properties and located in the folder il8n which can be found in your default game folder (normally C:\Program Files\Ubi Soft\IL-2 Sturmovik Forgotten Battles).

I'm not sure on the photobucket thing enforcer but I had a look at the images and the P40 sunset was only there once and things look very fine to me. S!

I just had a thought.. convergence for me does mean too much when I have nose cannons or MG's.. I cant hit anything!! LOL

Some dells dont like MBM... infact I'm on a hate dell day... dell dont like ya playing with their boxes.... non standard heatsinks... stupid place for a cpu fan and whats this funny looking green thing they call and air tunnel... damn.. give me something sensible and let me move the bits to another case.... &*(£& in DELL!!!!

Just thought I'd post back on this after running the program on Sunday evening. It works great and there were no map loading issues at all.

You can check your port from conf.ini in the game folder: [NET] speed=5000 routeChannels=0 serverChannels=2 localPort=21000

Wow... 800mb.. Depending on the video format I can probably get that down to sub 100mb (hostable on my server) with no loss of quality. Monty_Dans

You'll be looking for the net.messages file in il8n (I think).
