Premium edition for me too. Although many of us (myself included) got burned over CLoD, that has turned into a very playable game now and I do think there is a case for supporting the development lifecycle of these very complex pieces of software. That said of course, the pre-order option is not necessarily right for everyone so it boils down to individual choice in the end. By pre-ordering you get a few extra goodies (with extra stuff if you go for the premium version) but as eshark says, you only have a few more days to make your decision if you're still undecided. Actually pook, formatting doesn't remove any data from device, it simply clears the table which tells the accessing device what file starts where in the memory array. Well, I always do an auto instal of the gfx drivers and am careful to ensure that windows stays up to date - I've never had a return to desktop due to a windows update since using Windows 7. Don't know why this seems to happen to other people all the time but never me? Odd. Jabo

I don't update the drivers manually, I let win 7 deal with it and everything seems to work fine. Can't explain why this doesn't work for you though Todd.

Always use the latest drivers on my GTX 580 - never had any issues with Nvidia releases. Jabo

If you get the original discs it shipped with, don't bother trying to install them on Windows 7 as they're not compatible - the OS will pick up the joystick and install the drivers just fine though. Jabo
