Tribunus
4 of 14 Moving outside, there is a small display of vehicles and artillery. Unlike the inside of the museum, there was no display of equipment used by the mighty Egyptian Army. But unlike the inside, there was a good size display of equipment used by the United Kingdom. Tribunus
10 of 14 The British chose to bury their men as they were found on the battle field, together with their Mates. As you walk around, you find where these men fought to the last together.

Squawk
Great pic's Tribunus. Always good to see that the things that need to be remembered, are. As for the aircraft question... Im going to have to go out on a limb and say as Spit Vc(2) the short nose does look like a Hurri, but without the lower engine cowl/spinner, its hard to say. 1. DDz Quorum Sid Posted November 30, 2009 1. DDz Quorum Share Posted November 30, 2009 Thanks Trib. On closer inspection, what looks like outward retracting undercariage and wing bulges above the cannon can be made out - a dead giveaway for a Spit although the nose and wing thickness looked Hurri.
