Warning

The current version 4.09m is not compatible with the previous versions of the sim when playing over the network (Online). Both the server and client must have the appropriate versions in order to connect.

Attention: Version 4.09m is only for a merged version of the simulator of the proper version (FB+AEP+PF)

Add-On Installation Instructions (Please read carefully)

The Il-2 1946 add-on v.4.09m installs only over v.4.08m (1946 DVD or FB+AEP+PF+46 merged).

In order to install this add-on, run the file 409m.exe and follow the on-screen instructions.

Please note that this add-on is impossible to install over stand alone Pacific Fighters.

It would be nice to see flyable heavies .

Has to be false though. 4.09 is meant to be the final patch. Oleg would need another one to correct all the boo, boos he might make if he had so many new aircraft. Someone has a cruel sense of humour.

Oleg personally has posted that there will be no further work done on Il2.

No patch, nothing...

......The killer is what happens if the patch comes out just before or during SEOW . New patches have been known to screw up all sorts of features. It could cause Friar major headaches

simple solution....no one upgrades until the SEOW is DONE.............
