BluBear Posted May 20, 2020 Posted May 20, 2020 Yeah saw this, RIP to the lady PR crew member who perished. Looks to me like the pilot tried to turn back for the field following engine failure on take off, presumably to avoid the built up area. Shame they didn't quite make it. Great to see our sh*t rag the S*n running with an accurate headline as always. How can an aeroplane possibly crash 'mid-air' all on it's own?! Reckon they're mistaking the ejector seats for something else. Idiots. Quote
1. DDz Quorum Painless Posted May 20, 2020 1. DDz Quorum Posted May 20, 2020 Always sad when something like that happens. RIP. ”Well the plane thingy was in the middle of the air when it crashed innit” Quality ! Quote
Artie Posted May 20, 2020 Posted May 20, 2020 I'm thinking flight control issues .. more so than engine failure ... but time will tell Quote
wingflyr Posted May 20, 2020 Posted May 20, 2020 Yes RIP.😢 Sad to see this happen to anybody. Snowbirds CT 114 Tutors Two seaters. Apologies, apparently I was mistaken about the seats being tandem they are side by side. Looks as thou they ejected low resulting failed chutes. Some witnesses claim that the Pilots chute failed to open and he landed on a house roof with serious injuries. The woman same but with a fatal result. Sad indeed. Quote
