slicker55 Posted October 2, 2015 Posted October 2, 2015 Hi guys, Just as per the Topic Title... Been trolling tinternet but no definate advice yet Quote
Kira Posted October 5, 2015 Posted October 5, 2015 No definite yes or no, but it looks to me like it's a completely separate install (and certainly executable), therefore the answer would be "yes, BUT, after you pull your user files over to the new one". That said, I plan to use both until 2.0 is finalized, and all the Dogz flying DCS switch over. Unless everyone just goes to 1.5, in which case, I might ditch 1.0. Quote
APHill Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 I would say don't delete the "old" one. 1.5 is a Beta and as such has issues. I would say though I am enjoying very much flying the 1.5 beta. And am pretty much using just it for now. Quote
1. DDz Quorum B16Enk Posted October 23, 2015 1. DDz Quorum Posted October 23, 2015 As has been suggested neither install has a reliance or is linked in any way with the other. Input configs would need to be saved, as has also been suggested. Question is though, why? Is your disk that full? Quote

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Yes it is, but I have no settings to import so I've deleted the old folder and installed the beta instead Quote
DD_Arthur Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 I deleted my old version. I'll never use it again. Not when I've got this DCS 1.5 with everything maxed out and v-sync on. If I switch it off fps go into three figures! Bring on the NTTR Quote
Kira Posted October 28, 2015 Posted October 28, 2015 Is your disk that full? Um, having just deleted at least 8 GB of Skyrim saves, that answer is a definite "not anymore!" Quote
