  1. Indeed JP, looking forward to it!
  2. Not sure on the engine - Flugwerke say that they are using the (Russian) Shvetsov Asch 82 "T" (it says here), but that they're built in China which would make them a Huosai HS-7 (licence-built copy) - Not that that makes things any clearer. lol Jabo
  3. I can confirm the new-build FW190A-8 which ditched in the Med a few days back was the one which stole the show so effectively at Legends last year. Fortunately the pilot was rescued unhurt although the aircraft is believed to be a write-off. The remainder of the news floored me completely. In an interview later, the pilot said that the crash was due to engine failure and then went on to say that it was the twelfth time the same problem had happened! I'm staggered that someone would continue to fly an aircraft which such a history of problems without a full investigation into the 'why'. Jabo

  5. Yup Jim, that's the one - it's fab, TS3 has a plugin which works out of the box, dunno about fraps though (fraps is on my list of things to understand this year - hopefully not like the one about understanding women, that seems to be a long-term wip lol) Jabo

Well, as there is nothing going into my pocket at present (with the exception of loose change from the postage costs), we'd have to put the price up in order to be able to donate a percentage of the sales. In a way I'd prefer to keep it separate so people can donate and/or buy something or, indeed, neither. We seem to get a good response on the donation request, so I'm in favour of giving people the choice. Jabo

Sounds like a virus to me - One solution if you're using a commercial product (like Norton for example) is to pop the CD into the machine and boot the machine from the disk. This will run the anti-virus scan from the disk, bypassing the hard drive and therefore will find any nasties which may be masking themselves if you boot up from the HDD. You'll need to be connected to the web via a wired connection to do this as the virus definitions on the CD will be out of date. Alternatively, give me a call, I've got the gear here to do it. Cheers Jabo

~S~ Thanks gents, the nice people who've been embroidering shirts for us ran this up as a 'one-off' to see if there was any interest. They're £6 each and come boxed to protect them from the tender mercy of the postal services. P&P depends on where you are. Drop me a PM if you're interested. Payment to Roger's Dogz Apparel paypal link. Rog, what's your view on a percentage of the costs going to the web / ts / etc funds? Jabo P.S. I'm informed there is no problem with other beverages Pete. P.P.S. Stay tuned for more 'exciting' (it says here) products from 'World of Jabo'
