T_O_A_D
Well I compared it to mine, and there are several differences. I put yours in my game folder and got the Pink area as well. But after flying this thing in the daylight, I've noticed Mine has some stacking of images, and large sections of clipping. Blairgowrie
Thanks T_O_A_D. Good of you to take the trouble. I can't figure out why my conf.ini got corrupted. I have been using the same one for years. But no more! On another point, I added the final patch for UP2.0 this morning. Because our vault is off line during the upgrade, I went to the Ultra Pack site and got it there. It seemed to install correctly but then I noticed Zuti 1.12 was not there. Checked my program files and saw two files there. Ubi Soft and Ubisoft. The patch from Ultra Pack had the wrong folder location. No wonder we get installation mix ups. Feckin mods! T_O_A_D
Yep, One of the main reasons I embraced IL2 in the beginning, was to get away from the Fecking Mods of CFS and WW2 Fighters. At this point though, after 8 years, its hard not to enjoy and dress up the old rag for a fling.
Blairgowrie
BTW is this what the rear view should look like? Friggin ugly. [attachment=1]
Jediteo
Yep, just a badly modelled slab of steel.
1. DDz Quorum FoolTrottel Posted February 13, 2010 1. DDz Quorum Share Posted February 13, 2010 BG, Me thinks this is the purplelizer: Under [Render_OpenGL], the TexLarge=0 Change it to TexLarge=1.
Blairgowrie
Thanks FT. I will give that a try after we fly today. It would be good to finally have the answer to this issue.
Blairgowrie
That was the setting that caused the issue FT. Many thanks for figuring it out. Yorkie had the same issue on UBI Zoo Coops last night.
Mayhem
That was the setting that caused the issue FT. Many thanks for figuring it out. Yorkie had the same issue on UBI Zoo Coops last night. 1. DDz Quorum FoolTrottel Posted August 15, 2010 1. DDz Quorum Share Posted August 15, 2010 Mayhem, this setting occurs twice in conf.ini, once in [Render_DirectX] and once in [Render_OpenGL] You sure you got the correct one? (Better change 'm both...)
