Really nice story, currently approved for Taxiing two brothers have restored this Lancaster and are aiming to get it airborne soon:

Watched this on the news on BBC1 tonight. Must be getting close now, they were unwrapping shiny refurbished Merlins by the look of it.

@Jabo; was that the tail fin of an early Halifax their brother was standing in front of?

@Arthur, yes that's an early Halibag, the fins were changed to a rectangular shape from the B.III onwards.
