very nice - can you do me a special ? replace the french roundals with RAAF ones replace the Normandie Neiman Emblem with the scottish lion rampant and replace the tricolor on the tail with a st andrews cross would be very grateful if you could

cant even remember how I got involved, I must have seen the thread in the squad page and sent BG an e-mail. I remember that BG set up the sunday sessions for me and I think rog who joined at the same time. a wee selection of highlights - apologies if Iv omitted anything - I have a scotch addled memory- in no particular order 1) quazis crimea DCG campaign 2) first time I did the TB3 vs TB3 fight - thought id die laughing 3) Glens DDay map 4) Match with 352nd 5) Glens DCG campaigns 6)

but there was the whole red army and you were making a pot of tea and debugging 5000 lines of code and repairing the ozone layer with a needle and thread at the same time

you been sniffing the glue again painless? I am still using a brush to paint but hope to get a spray gun soon. I put on a surface primer and it worked better than straight onto plastic- tamiya white brush tips- thin down the paint. It should have the consistancy of milk. leave to dry before going near it again- I use xtracolour and they take 3 to 4 days to dry once you have done the basic paint job coat the plane in future and leave to dry- it is now safe to handle and you can put on effects. wash the panel lines, put on highlighting , smoke etc, without ruining the base paint put on decals. finish with matt varnish to tone down the future and seal on decals. hope this helps

firstly many congratulations to glen and wife, it is a lifechanging event. No matter what folk say you wont realise how much you change or what a great experience kids are. then they get to 5 and you want to sell them.
