Haven't you done something similar before Trib? Or was it another DDogz who had fun on a proper simulator. Imagine if like the proper training crews had a look at your flight log data (if it's kept) and thought, "...which monkey-assed buffoon flew this mission?.."

I think it was a mod that did this Trib, I can't remember the name of it though.

So I set it to junk (worried that I might not receive any legitimate emails from you in the future) and I still see the odd email appear in my junk folder once a week as you say. I've never experienced anyone having their Hotmail account hijacked and made to send spam with. Have you contacted Hotmail about this? Does someone in your family use Outlook Express to access/download their Hotmail messages? I do know Outlook Express was/is notorious for being the a good tool for Trojans to pilfer through your contacts list, and send emails out to everyone found within.

Trout, Most 3rd party anti-virus programs will turn off Windows Defender when they are installed. As it is best to have only 1 anti-virus running at once. Gec, Yeah, that's something I did, several times in fact. But that graphics card works fine when put in to a PC at work. Thanks for the replies guys. I just got home and tried booting it up once more. But now I realise I get 2 quick beeps, followed by 8 short beeps. So according to Gec's chart, those 8 beeps have something to do with display!?!? But I've tested my nVidia card today at work and it works okay!?!?! Just got to accept that the MB has MAJOR problems. I can salvage the video card, PSU & HDDs. just need the rest as mentioned.

I switched on my PC this morning and got 7 beeps and nothing, blank screen. I took out 1 of the 2 sticks of RAM out a time and tried booting again, same problem. So I took my 6 month's old nVidia GTX 275 card out and took it into work. I plugged it into a work PC to see if this was the cause. But the work PC booted up fine. Looks like with my AmiBIOS, 7 beeps refers to a CPU problem! So it looks like my PC is dead. But my graphics card ain't old, and works fine of course. And when I bought the nVidia card, I also had to buy a beefy Corsair 750W PSU to run it. So I'm looking to go for a new MB & CPU and RAM. I would of liked to have kept the RAM, but I'll go for DDR3 now.
