  1. Just spotted this post of yours GMan. Yeah I came across this site the other week, since I was looking for colour schemes for a certain type of 109. p.s. Clicking on that English translation button doesn't do much. The model type descriptions are still in German, bloody cheek!
  2. OH NO, another I-185 convert! Damn you BG for digging that plane up, damn you to hell!
  3. Fair point JP, but the reason I choose unlimited ammo is to help you get your deflection aiming better and sooner. When I trained, I'd pick a spot in front of the target and start firing. If I saw no hits land, I'd keep the trigger down and pull back and give more lead. When I saw the hits land I'd make a mental note where I was aiming. If you try that with limited ammo, you'd be reloading the QMB mission every 5 mins and would lose 'your flow'. Horses for courses... p.s. I forgot to mention, it helps if you have Wonder-Woman view on. So you can see your rounds hit below your gunsight.
  4. Mobius, Honestly,
  5. +1 Much appreciated IV/JG7_4Shades. GK
  6. It's not just you Mobius, I found a LOT of warping going on Sunday night. So I couldn't hit a barn door with a blunderbuss last night and gave up in frustration too! To improve my shooting, I load up a QMB with just me against 16 opponents. I make myself invulnerable and with unlimited ammo. Then I start the mission, record the track and don't stop till I've shot the last one down. Then I replay the mission and watch my shots from each of my opponent's external viewpoint, with time slowed down slightly. You'll soon start to see where you aiming is off.
  7. I wanna Psycho birthday, NOW!
  8. Good stuff! Looking forward to your debrief whilst I'm at work tomorrow Frior.
  9. Looking good so far Delta7. But I didn't know Hartmann flew a K4. You learn something new everyday.
  10. A very dainty landing indeed, well done.
  11. Look at that 4th picture. Nice little choo-choo train going there. And then there's that guy called Iceman, pumping rounds into a smoking, wingless wreck. "Good job Iceman, you can be my wingman!"
  12. Here Tonar... http://www.dangerdogz.com/forums/index.php?topic=2384.0
  13. Well that's my standard excuse blown out the water.
  14. What crap beer is that anyway? Miller/Bud Light Alcohol-free Lemon Diet alco-pop? No loss as far as I'm concerned.
  15. For those of you who like to, selflessly, stress-test their company's bandwidth by playing online games, give this flash game a go... http://www.chainsawwarrior.net It's based on a solo bored game that I used have years ago. You have 60 mins to save New York ala Kurt Russell in Escape from New York. If anyone enjoys it but finds it tough, let me know and I'll post some tips.
  16. Very interesting... I wonder if the Naboo 'Air/Space Force' had an icon you could add to this???
  17. Is that one of those Italian planes? MC205 or something? Just guessing.
  18. Anyone else have their toes curling at the end of this...?
  19. Good luck with this Sged. I hope you can VASTLY improve on the sound effects in IL-2.

  21. Wow, look at that detail on the rudder pedals. And is that a trim wheel next to the seat? That looks cool too. Okay hurry up and finish it NOW!
