That was a big ass tree Bucky. And JP, I wonder if they get upset when somebody shoots a beaver. I think those broads should be working in a cut rate house of ill repute. And BG......man I could set up a hellacious shooting range in that place. You could shoot .50 cal barret sniper rifles and not worry about hitting anything you didn't want to. Hell, for that matter, you could shoot 105 howitzers in that place. Neat.

roger that.....I intended on using the mini map with icons for most of hte misns where you would be in range of land or ship based radar. I may have forgotten to say anything about that in the readme apparently. Check the last thread on the mins blder forum on ubi zoo. I added alot of new screens from a couple of later misns.

Has everyone flown the misns I sent out yet? Im about to send out some more that ive tweaked and modified to look right wiht the skin mod. You will wind up in Manchuria before long.

OMG! Man the detail you could put into that. I miss the days when my hands were steady enough to do that. I still have some of the results in boxes stashed away for when I have room again.

The more I look at it, the more it looks like 1/48, but I could be wrong. I don't know of any 1/32 TBM kits, but..........

All those are priceless. The Brits on the minibike-mopeds are fascinating. Never knew of htat. The Yanks are fashionable wiht thier 1928 thompsons with muzzle brakes. And I never knew any side cars had two wheel drive. What a neat idea. The quasi 109 is great idea, but I wonder how many people actually realize what that's supposed to be. The use of motorcycles and four wheelers is huge these days, especially in Ahfghanistan, and no, I don't feel like looking up the spelling. They should name their countries names that are easy to spell dammit.

Thanx guys. But this is the first time in my 51 yrs on this planet that's happened. I suspect it was the medication they had me on to deal with the pain in my arms and hands. All I can figure. All my testers shouldv'e gotten five zips, four with skins, the first one with some missns and some a folder structure (with no skins in them) that will help you use the skin mod. YOu will understand when you get into the skin mod and see what I have here. The other four have most of the skins. Beebop's tweakikng the last mossie skins so I'll add them a little later. Lemme know if you got this stuff and feel free to ask any questions anytime. Thanx.

Sorry for the delay guys, as the afternoon (actually the hr) I wrote the above found me in the back of an ambulance TIED to a gurney. I apparently had some kind of "episode" where I fell outta the chair at my computer in some animated siezure....and at this point i really don't give a Rat's A if that's mispelled. I'm just glad I was at my mother's house (where I keep my main computer), as she called 911 and a couple of friends of mine showed up. I have NEVER been tied to anything, contrary to rumors started by certain women in my past. Anyway, I had every test imaginable run on me, and htey cant find a damn thing not working right other than perhaps my mind. Anyway, I'm home now, and will try to get this out. I see here where I left this thing trying to send a 10mb zip file, and it thought it was too

Stand by.........trying to come up with an easy way to use the skiin mod.....I think the testers should just familiarize themselves with it, and I can help out if any trouble encountered. It's very easy to use, and very reliable. Sending it out in a few.......

I know Im gonna send it to JP, but Im having to look around to gather up the few folks who volunteered to do some testing of some of hte misns in my 1947 cmpn Ive promoted on here. Its about 8 misns in the first batch, along with ALOT of sknis in four zips. Ive also included a folder structure to aid in the implementation of the skin mod that puts skins on static planes. If you have expressed interest in testing these things, or just wanna try out a few of htem, lemme know and Ill include you on the list. I don't have the cmpn file yet, so they would need to be flown in the P80 single misn folder, though a couple other planes are flown. Just lemme know if you wanna fly any of htis stuff and test it. Primarily offline, but there will be coop versions of many of the misns (11 so far converted to coops). I hve to do alot of modification to get them to work well as coops, as there are many more considerations that have to be considered.

Yeah they do don't they. Maybe someday......but they do a credible job. I fully intend on sending out the first few missns and skins zipped very soon, but now Im having to work constantly. I wound up going to that place TWICE today. Sheeesh. I keep hoping for the actual P-80A files Gibbage made wit the speed

The summer folder you see is part of the skin mod that puts skins on static planes by changing the default. The summer etc refers to the map used, as different maps use differnt skins sometimes. Summer is standard, desert is pacific (not desert-those are summer), and winter is winter. You have to be familiar with the procedure outlined in the readme in the skin mod. I still cant get the static versions of the new planes to show up despite havvnig the mod that does that.
