Really sorry for blotting what looks like to have been an excellent mission by trying to follow Sid into land and not having eyes on the speed dial (as opposed to the speed bar) and coming in to fast I bounced 1 too many times and nosed over. I felt it was not a good approach and should have gone around to re-try the landing (which on the dogfight maps I have been practising and getting right, probably due to having visibility of the speed bar). Excellent work everyone else. Just one 38 in the repair shop awaiting new props. Salute

For the missions I can make I would appreciate an earlier start so if there is anything at all we can do to help that then I am all for it but appreciate what Tom says and that we can not please all the people all the time.

If there is anything you would like to discuss with me, in private will stay that way, unless you are on my six about to shoot me down in which case I may well blurt it out. There are a few of us that have seen the light and fly in VR, I also use the Oculus RIft, others Rift S and HP, others remain looking at a flat world.

Major, I have made representations to my Flight Leader informing him of my wishes. I must reassure him that if I do not get the requested plane, should my guns go off whilst I am behind him, it will be have been a complete accident and I am not holding a grudge nor bearing any malice to one of the squadrons most accommodating, considerate and best Flight Leaders.

Cheers Jabo, I tried it with Gimp last night as I read a post that it should work with that but could not get it to work, but then during the evening wondered if it might be because of where I have the files stored. I have set up a symbolic link set up with MKLINK /J and am wondering if I forgot to define all the folders required so it can not find my update. I will check it later today but will jump on TS around 8ish. Just turn up when you like. Cheers Friar

Hi Jabo - do you fancy having a go at car livery design then? If so perhaps we could hook up one evening on TS? From the video it looks pretty straight forward, just needs someone who knows their way around layers etc. You get a car template much like the ones in 46' and apply the colours / decals to the required body part. Salute Guys, Assetto Corsa Competizone now has the ability to make custom liveries. I do not have the skills and am looking for someone to manipulate some files for me to make a DangerDogz livery. I would like to add some roundels and markings to the livery I posted the other day. I can send you the required files (and a link to a video of what you would need to do), obviously you will not need the game. Are there any takers that fancy taking on a design project? Cheers Friar
