Hello I am working on something and was wondering...is there a thread knocking about somewhere where we asked people to state which packs they had? (Stalingrad, Moscow etc) I have a feeling there was was am not sure where it is or what it was called. If someone knows can they give me a nudge / link? If not and I imagined it - can we start it?

I don't run my oculus with the tool tray. I just launch the application directly. I don't run it from steam or anything, although I am seeing that steam VR launches its self.

I have installed voice attack as well (£8 or $10 for full version). I can see it being really useful for the sort of things Crash suggested. i am finding the 3D images amazing. When I had Painless fly up close to me last night it looked so real. The scenery looks amazing. i also need glasses for distance viewing so have bought prescription lenses to fit inside the Rift which make things so much more comfortable.

Its like a 4-D motion simulator - if he was to wear a VR headset and drive round a field like he was on a track......

Salute Guys, I must admit that I have had my head turned by Assetto Corsa and now the new release of Assetto Corsa Competizione, enough to upgrade to a new computer to get the best out of my new graphics card I got from work and the VR headset. I have had the new pc a while now but have not got round to re-installing my flight controllers, a really big reason for not turning up to fly also my Sundays have changed and family demands meaning that timings no longer fit. Flying in the week is totally out for me as I am still hammering up and down the motorways of the UK. When I did fly recently it was more to catch up with you guys and I am sad to say that 46' no longer got me excited. If we were to move to a sim that meant I could utilize my VR in a flight environment , that would be a slightly bigger stick to beat me with to get my arse back in the skies with the Dogz. If we were to go with the VR compatible option (BoX?), could we do it in the public arena rather than a private server, might help recruitment? Cheers, Friar

I would never have gone so big if it was not for the free money. There was nothing materialistic I wanted and the Finance Controller (Wife) said it was ok, so....plus she got her own laptop for the first time..

Salute I have a free download of either Anthem or Battlefield 5 that I do not want. Are there any Dogz, Dogz off spring or Dogz nephews / Nieces that would like this? Let me know.... Cheers Friar

You have probably more idea of its worth than me, so what ever you think the current market values are.......less some for mates rates

Due to the mental unstability of an ex-boy friend of one of my daughters (we strongly believe he has been letting down her tyres of her new car - petty I know but that is what he is like it seems) I have decided to install a cctv camera to cover the drive (just the bit near the house, not the 3 miles drive from the main road - we do have to keep the Sisters away from prying eyes (if you are new here, ask an "oldie")). Does anyone have any experience and can pass on some do's and don'ts before I go out and buy a system. I have already planned the position that offers the least amount of drilling external walls etc and worked out where to get the electrical supply from. Any system recommendations or installation tips? As always the Dogz are not just for Christmas... Salute Friar

Hi Guys, Finally getting round to sorting out my loft. I have managed to clear my way into the "IT Corner". I have available if anyone wants it for parts / bits etc my old X52 throttle and joystick. I recall replacing it due to spikes I think. If anyone is interested just let me know, otherwise its off to the dump next week. Cheers Friar

If we were to give an official vote to a new IL2 package to get us started which one are we suggesting is the minimal entry version, considering machine specs etc. is it a case of no windows 10, no can do with any of the versions? can a person fly in multiplayer if they do not have the same version and or planes? what do we do if the minimum specs are beyond someone's pocket for an upgrade, the dogz have always tried to fly to the lowest common denominator. the videos I have seen seem to point out some significant imbalance with flight models, will there be free patches?
