  1. The river valley draws a lot of wild creatures into the area, Kelly. It's not unusual to get cougars there from time to time. Granted, moose in the neighborhood is quite the event!

    Snow Day?

Here's what we woke up to this morning...
  3. And so, how do we go about acquiring one of these tea mugs? And, do they accept coffee? "Other" beverages? It looks good, Nick.
  4. Anybody know anything about them? My brother-in-law gave one to my boys for Christmas, and we're trying to get it going now that the snow and gravel are gone. We have it running, but can't get any speed out of it, even with our youngest on it. Mind you, our boys are both bigger than average, but they can push it on their feet quicker than it puts along at full throttle (not you, FT!) Does anyone know where I can go for basics of troubleshooting these things?
  5. That's some good stuff on that website. Thanks, now I have more stuff to distract me from real life!!!
  6. "Bugger! AI git brings an end to Shadrach!"
  7. Well it's close? South of Nigeria? Dumb-koffs!
  8. I didn't know that FT was a throttle setting...
  9. Very clever.
  10. This is what I get over the wireless upstairs. I suppose that it would be a bit better downstairs, connected directly to the router. Would it be sufficient?
  11. I wonder if that would work on a Beamer......
  12. Oooooo...........Roger found a new toy!
  13. "Very..........interesting........"
  14. As the son of two Dutch emigrants, and a retired Canadian soldier, I feel emotions from both sides of this story. The Dutch VERY much want to remember the sacrifice that the Canadians made for them and their country in '44-'45. There is a very strong tie between the two nations. "We will remember them."
  15. I'm sorry, but I need to lol! My brother-in-law did the same thing when he was building his home. He is an equipment operator, and borrowed a back-hoe to backfill his basement, and took out the eave, just like that! I guess that excavators eat eaves for snacks.....
  16. That's awesome, Roger! Yep, we all got's blue balls.........
  17. I'm assuming that I drop them into the QMT program files? Is it just a list that the program requires? I just d/l'ed it this morning, so I haven't played around with it much yet. I wonder, with my new connection speed, if I could actually host a DDz session or not....
  18. I downloaded QMT to modify the planes on an offline campaign I wanted to fly, but it won't allow me to select the latest mod planes of UP 2.01. I'm trying to fly 'Stormfront', and I want to swap out the Tempest with the Spitfire Mk XVIe. Anyone have any thoughts about how to do this?
  19. Wow! Glad to hear that everybody's ok, Bucky! Keep up the good work! I vote Bucky for safety NCO!
