I raced the 125cc Rotax max class for a couple of years , good for about 100mph but best speed at Buckmore Park on a really hot day, (sticky tyres, good exit speed) was just under 90mph at the end of the pit straight. Lenny was a welder and only a few years older than we were. We would take it out late at night and run it parking lots of the big stores in town.
