A woman wakes up one day to find a gorilla in her backyard tree. Puzzled about what to do she finally consults a phone book and finds a gorilla removal servcice. She places the call and after telling the man who answers what the problem is he asks, "Well, is it a male or female gorrila?" "Male." she replies. "Oh, good", he says, "We can handle that. I'll be right over." 1/2 hour later he shows up. As he gets out of his truck he pulls out a five foot aluminium pole, a pair of handcuffs, a 12 guage shotgun and has a chihuahua tagging after him. They get to the backyard and the womans asks, "What is all this stuff for?" "You see", he begins, "I'm going to climb the tree with this pole and poke at the gorilla until he falls to the ground. Then the chihuahua will run over to the gorilla and bite his privates. When he reaches down to cover his privates with his hands you can slip the handcuffs on him and then I'll take him away." "OK", she says, "But what is the shotgun for?" "Oh", he says, "If I fall out of the tree first, shoot the chihuahua."
  2. It rains inside of planes in Spain? Enjoy your holiday mate!
  3. It's good to see that justice was served to one who served.
  4. But of course! I am a connoisseur of quality!
  5. Retribution as well as may other fine movies are available at Mission 4 Today. (currently down for maintainence). I also recommend: 4 Horesmen Red Stars Over Berlin V1 Down Olga Bridge Come With Me The Entertainer The Messenger Pts. I & 2 Last Man Standing Pictures Of War Sacrifice Flying For the First Time
  6. I'll have a go with Miss Japan myself. And if she doesn't win I'll gladly "console" her. (I never held a grudge against Japan for WWII anyway)
  7. Found this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manfred_von_Richthofen and this one: http://www.answers.com/topic/manfred-von-richthofen and another: http://www.centennialofflight.gov/essay ... on/AP6.htm and one final one, lots of pics: http://www.ctie.monash.edu.au/hargrave/ ... on_06.html Here's something about Eugene Bullard, first black combat pilot: http://www.wpafb.af.mil/museum/history/ww1/ejb.htm another link: http://www.toptags.com/aama/bio/men/ebull.htm and more: http://www.allstar.fiu.edu/aero/bullard.htm Hope this informs.
  8. They are cool comics. Very different than what I had as a child. But then I had a very different childhood. Which explains a lot. An awful lot.
  9. Oh, a WW I movie. I thought it was a zipper commercial for gay men. :toothy7: Thanks for a better link Dubbo. Kelly's link had me crashing to the desktop and logging off the forum. Typical. Actually it does looks interesting. I too hope it doesn't suck.
  10. Finally, some competition. In six months or so there will be some excellent, fast CPU chips, dirt cheap and just in time for SoW/BoB.
  11. I use Spyware Doctor, SpySweeper and Counter Spy. All work for me and all find stuff. If I had to go with only one I would probably choose SpySweeper. All are top rated programs, just be sure to regularly update the definitions. All allow for auto-update and auto sweeping which can be done while you are at work during the day, leaving your gaming and work time free to be productive. My 2 Kopecks worth.
  12. That's a known "cheat" used much like taking screenshot after screenshot to induce lag. Maybe he did have a keystroke assignment issue but I'll bet not. I'd be willing to bet a track would show he was on someones six at the time. Sad.
  13. From the Seattle server, 200 miles from me:
  14. Downloaded and thanks for the tip.
  15. ...when the guy in front of you slows down quickly and you push down or pull back on the steering wheel to pass him and lean into the windshield to get that PK shot lined up.
  16. since most of us hold some kind of "Rank" I thought this would be a good way to help you understand exactly where you stand with your squadron: General – Leaps tall buildings with a single bound. More powerful than a steam engine , faster than a speeding bullet . Walks on water . Gives policy to God. Colonel – Leaps short buildings with a single bound . More powerful than a shunting engine . Is just as fast as a speeding bullet . Walks on water – if the sea is calm . Talks with God. Lt-Colonel – Leaps short buildings with a running start in favourable winds . Is almost as fast as a speeding bullet . Walks on water in swimming pools . Talks with God if special request is approved . Major – Barely clears a Nissen hut . Loses tug-of-war with a steam engine . Can fire a speeding bullet , swims well . Is occasionally addressed by God . Captain – Makes high marks when trying to leap tall buildings . Is run over by trains . Can sometimes handle a gun without inflicting self injury . Dog paddles , talks to animals Lieutenant – Runs into tall buildings . Recognises trains two out of three times . Is not given ammunition . Can stay afloat if properly instructed in the use of a lifejacket . Talks to walls. 2nd Lieutenant – Falls over doorsteps while trying to enter buildings. Says “look at choo choo “. Is never issued with a gun or ammunition . Plays in mud puddles . Mumbles to himself. Sgt-Major – Lifts tall buildings and walks under them . Kicks steam trains off the track . Catches speeding bullets in his teeth . Freezes water with a single glance…….HE IS GOD!
  17. So f-in' cool! From the first time I heard your voice on comms I had a feeling you were an all right fella. You've proved it again and again as a HellHound. We are proud to call you our own. Now with this tribute to your dad, I can see where you got it from. As far as I care you can keep posting these photos until you run out of them. ~Salute~ to you and ~SALUTE!~ to your father.
  18. If they don't I'm sure that us mission builders will make them. I'll make sure that as soon as the game is released we have a "Knights of the Sky" section opened at Mission 4 Today.
  19. The cruelest joke would be only being able to build on map with pre-placed objects, waypoints only.
  20. A digital eraser? (thrust middle finger upward and scowl)
  21. Have you seen the tech demo(s) for SoW? There are two (although they are almost identical) at one of my favorite sites: :blob: Mission 4 Today showing the Mk.I Spitfire cockpit. I'm still picking up the pieces of my jaw that dropped to the ground. There's also a video showing the stick movement in the G-50 although my Media Player claimed not to have the codec for the .avi. :?: :?: :?: a vid of the BR-20M bombsight. another codec failure for me. and a vid of the water. (another codec moment!) The bombsight and water vids were from the 2006 E3 presskit. Maybe one of you can see them. I'm still impressed as can be w/the Spit cockpit :king:
  22. Thanks everyone. If I can be any service to a K-9 member, especially in regards to M4T, just let me know. Yes it is. I think they recognized me from the picture in the Post Office.
  23. Before recording make sure your turn of your HUD and Subtitles in the conf.ini file. Look for the heading: [game] NoSubTitles=1(off) NoHudLog=1 (off) (0 equals on) and "Save" before exiting. :!: In the main GUI > "Controls" > MISC (near the bottom), set keys to: Toggle Icon Types (changes icons from Distance > Distance & Type > Distance & Type & ID > Off Toggle Speedbar (changes from KPH > KIAS > MPH > Off) or you can totally disable Speedbar and Icons in the 'Difficulty' menu. To regain Subtitles and/or the HUD for gameplay be sure to go back into the conf.ini file and switch those line(s) back to "=0" Hope this helped.
