Great pics Jim, looks like you had a great evening. How did you cook the Haggis? Roasted or gently poached? In my experience Haggis is best served by bring carefully to table, carving the succulent dish in front of your mouth-watering guests so they can savour the smell, then quickly returning to the kitchen where you can chuck it in the trash and serve 'em steak instead
