  1. The SweetFX settings I'm using in BoS applied to CLoD;
  2. Yes, hurry up Sid! I want to remake this scene in CLoD so I'll be needing plenty of footage; I'm casting you in the Christopher Plumber role. I was going to have Sweper as a Polish Hurricane pilot - "repeat please!" - but I know his system won't run CLoD so he's agreed to be Susannah York. Can't wait!
  3. Last week I forked out a little over - deep breath - £4K on LHR to PER return x 5 for later this summer. If I make Duxford before we go then it'll be camping with ATAG Lewis and co. I could always bring my little pup tent for Swep. We could put it up in the hotel carpark!
  4. Duxford?
  5. Bloody hell! Sweper is Raaaaid
  6. 'Ere - I just shot down a '109 that was vulching my field..................... with a 40mm Bofors!!!!!! Atag server, fantastic, lol
  7. I think the problem is spotted by who? The possible search area seems huge. One of the busiest sea lanes in the world runs through the area but once you get south of that then you're into a lot of empty ocean. I can't see this thing making a landfall in central Asia. It would have had to fly through Chinese/Indian/Pakistani/Afghan airspace. Thats a lot of sensitive and alert military radar. This is also a fairly sensitive area politically. Lots of possibililties for loosing face and lots of possibilities for giving away to your not so friendly neighbours the extent of your military radar and surveillance capabilities. Edit; just checked out the BBC News Online. They have a "Ten theories of what happened" story running. Talk about lazy journalism They may as well ask freaking Raaaaid too!
  8. Lol, Jack. I've avoided listening to the news on this after hearing a Journo on one of our god-awful radio news channels speculate that it could have landed at a secret airfield in central Asia. Whatever happened to the poor souls on board, make no mistake - Flight MH370 sleeps with the fishies.
  9. It does say version 4.03 in the bottom right of the screen, Crash. Not that obvious though. If you have the option for Team Fusion Dynamic campaign then you have it. Flew it briefly late last night. Spitfire can now catch 109 low down in level flight.....eventually.
  10. Enter the Yak-1. Superficially a marriage 'twixt Spitfire and Hurricane. At least multiplayer when it arrives won't be a complete '109 bloodbath.
  11. Wow, sons of their father! Nice pics.
  12. Yah, mtq1 & 2 passed, tcb passed, pre rcb passed, sponsered by the green howards and my rcb was booked in.... When Ruperts go bad!! Despite making what I would have thought a pretty good landing considering the circumstances and after Their Lordships had spent several million pounds of taxpayers money training him this Rupert was given a desk job. Almost certainly for shooting his mouth off to the world's press when he got off the boat!! Sorry for going completely off topic. I blame Eshark Edit. Hello Bucky!
  13. Multiplayer this Friday apparently. Its progressing quite fast now. I think we get to fly the Yak1 as well. Video I made to show icon and on screen map arrangements. If you run out of ammo you can always ram the bastards!
  14. Are we going to have a Rupert flying tonight? Wow, I might be there. FruitBat; didn't you go for Rupert selection once?
  15. Hello JP. Nice to see you. Come on, shock us - how big are the kids now?
  16. Nice one Crash! Is that a DangerDogz beermat I see?
  17. At last....a spot of weather and the release of the slightly bizarre founders skin for the '109. Its nice....but shouldn't this be on a FW190?
  18. Video made yesterday and uploaded to YouTube over night. Nvidia ShadowPlay = freakin' brilliant! I've story-boarded what I want to do then flown the scenerio with the track recorder on. Unlike the ntrk system in IL2, RoF and BoS has a rewind facility. This saves soooo much time and farting about! I'm working on a CLoD movie too but for that I need a stopwatch and double the time to produce it. Simply record the scenes you want from the track in ShadowPlay. Open Windows Moviemaker and add the clips in the order reqiured then let Moviemaker join 'em up, compress it and save it in my videos library where it can be uploaded to YouTube.
  19. Very, very nice 'pit on the Stuka. Much nicer than the '109 'pit. However, what BoS giveth BoS taketh way. No force feedback for anyone this week . So its pretty much it for me until they sort that one out!
  20. Facebook?.....aaaaarrrghhhhh!!!!!
  21. Cheeky bloody whippersnapper! The 109 does NOT roll faster than a 190. Its the LaGG that does that. . p.s. Good luck on your driving test!
  22. Apparently we will be getting weather in March. Hopefully in real life too Some Sturmovik action from this weeks build. Ground attack on airfield. As you can see from the elegant, gloved hand firing the Very pistol at twelve seconds in; this mission is commanded by Joan Collins
  23. Its getting interesting.............a bit. I can't quite see why people are still getting their knickers in a twist over the limited access. There is still very little to access. I find a weekend of fiddling with it is enough. ...........Did I just write that? Anyway, it is developing slowly but surely and is looking pretty good. Expect the Stuka and either multiplayer or QMB in the next two to three weeks. Personally I'd prefer QMB with the chance to alter the time of day and some weather......any weather. Shadows and lighting coming along nicely and Stalingrad getting a battering;
