I think it's already there m8. Although the bulk of the work was done by a company in the UK (now sadly defunct - I wonder what happened to their Stuka...) I understand the aircraft has been completed in the States - possibly by Fighter Rebuilders (Steve Hinton's company). gut feeling is either HDD or HDD controller going bad. New HDD is straight-forward enough, but HDD controller generally means new mobo. As TOAD says, try a new HDD first (or a known-good old one) Jabo P.S. For drive imaging, I'd go for Acronis True Image Home (I've got 2010, but 2011 should be out soon). Really simple to use and definitely rocks.

I liked my old Saitek cyborg a lot, it was fully programmable and was nice and robust too.
