Update 21/07 I have just uploaded and put live a new version of the map called Persian Gulf Server. I have removed a number of target installations and numerous missile sites in an effort to address the the FPS issues people have been having. I have also set the civilian traffic to low in the mission file as I think the level in the mission editor is transferred and mine was high? (could be wrong) If this does not help with any improvements I may remove the populated airfield script to see if that is the main problem or if it the map in general being too "busy". Please let me know what you find it like on the map. It seems it can be a bit shaky when you first load in, but does settle down? Is that what you are finding? Happy to make further changes if required.

Salute I have just started working on a Normandy map for the server (I have downloaded one I found already in our set on our server and am working on that). I am looking to add some tank action (as I only have the Spitfire, but do have the WWII assets pack). When testing I found I had lost the tank / ground unit sounds again and after checking found this to be due to the recent Bronco update re-setting the file names (also I have added the Black Hawk free mod to my set which can cause the issue as well). So if you have updated the Bronco mod and want tank engine sounds you will need to re-apply the fix myself and Sid worked out. You can find it here:-

hello Fosse. I will PM you the TS password and details. We are still running GBS on Sunday and Tuesdays. Tuesdays have changed a little in that DD_SID hosts when he can subject to work and starts the evening off with Flying Circus missions. He then goes to the usual WWII co-ops around 20:15 . Sundays are alternate normal co-ops and the P38 campaign. We also are running a new campaign against the 352nd on planned dates. The next one is not in the diary yet, but hopefully should be soon

I know its not a competition but I can now raise the bid of damaged foot to (by association), my wife has a broken collar bone, came off a horse into a fence.

so you can not even set the control (I think the default is / ?) to the keyboard? I know when I do not have my sticks plugged in I added Q as the key when testing maps etc. I think I had problems setting the default key before and had to re-map to a different one. What have you got mapped for the F5?

@delta7 It may not be you. There appears to have been an issue with the latest release of TeamSpeak. I believe Wingflr had the same issue and rolled back the Teamspeak version. I posted a link in a thread. If you have updated TS it may be that?

Salute How do either of these dates sound for the running of the mission I have previously advertised? If this does not suit overseas Dogz I would be happy to send someone the mission so you guys could fly it in your time zone, but it would be good to have a nice collection together.

Obviously, anything you tell Soapy during a consultation is strictly between you and him (if you decide to go for the "Gold" level donation that is), anything else may be used against you should I find you on my six.
