DoubleTap Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 ...since I have flown IL2? Two things I can't believe I am mis-remembering: 1 ) You CAN activate the Iron Sight in an aircraft if it has one, right? I can't seem to find the damn key entry in the command list. I know you could do this. 2 ) When you record a track in a multiple position aircraft, can you NOT switch to the other views in the aircraft when reviewing the track? I thought you could do so. Like, after doing a bombing run, you could look at the bomber sight to see what you did there. No? Double "Mind like a rusty steel trap" Tap Quote
T_O_A_D Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 1. Not sure, I just move my head to line it up with Track IR ctrl D turns on and off dimmer though 2. turn on manual views with the toggle switch before watching the track Quote
Crash Posted November 1, 2011 Posted November 1, 2011 I think that on the zero the iron sight pops up the the reflector sight is damaged. Quote
2. Administrators Jabo Posted November 1, 2011 2. Administrators Posted November 1, 2011 That is true Crash, but I assume it can be 'switched on' otherwise. In aircraft like the razorback P-47 though I would (like TOAD) shift my head position until the iron sights line up. Jabo Quote
