Howdy guys I acquired some components for an upgrade.

I've been trying to get the system to run right for a couple of weeks. Thus the reason I haven't been around.

It will not run stable with both sicks of Ram in.

using 1, and 3 slots or even 2, and 4 slots

With one stick in slots 1,2, and 4 it is stable as a rock.

I was thinking the Mobo had a problem with controlling Dual channel since it will fail the same test using 2, and 4 slot. But the Manual states to use 1, 3 slot if only using twos sticks, so I think running

Ok, I got my 3rd RMA in today.

I ran all four memory slots with one stick they all passed.

Slot one

I realized I hadn't set voltage, or Optimized settings yet.

But continued to test default out of the box, until all four slots were tested.

Slot two

Slot three

Slot four

Yellow Channel slot 1 and 3, This is is depressing.

Red Channel Slot 2 and 4 This has hopes.

So that's all the testing I'm doing today.

I'm going back to bed. When I get home in the morning.

I'll go ahead and put it in the case, and test with OS, and Ortho's, and Prime 95.

If it will work on the Red Channel I guess I'll just live with it, I'm tired of the fight.

Unless, I'm persuaded otherwise.
