Cold_Gambler
So I've got my new rig (WOOHOO), and installed the parts that I wanted to carry over (HDD and DVD drive) and all seems hunky dory so I pop the '46 DVD in and it spins, but nothing happens?!? I was able to install Rome Total War with the same DVD drive just afterwards, however... Any ideas?

Cold_Gambler
XP... any other suggestions? Could it be a security thing? I'm rather peeved. The only damn reason I upgraded was to be able to run with the Dogz again with decent frame rates.
Klinger
Try going to device manager and checking the settings, region etc. If its just the disc not autostarting, just open via my comp, disc drive, click the exe. From then on use the n* cd cr*ck. Good luck CG.
2. Administrators Jabo Posted July 9, 2008 2. Administrators Share Posted July 9, 2008 Yep, I have the same problem with mine - I have to do what Klinger just suggested, it sometimes takes a couple of tries, but it gets there in the end. ~S~ Jabo

Oldtimer
Good stuff C_G! I've got my rig running as well, but am suffering from micro-stutters at the moment and I want to get these sorted before going online. Can we compare setups please?
