X52 Hell

So my X52 software started messing-up. It would make my mouse pointer wander to the left side of the screen, this wandering would even get faster if I loaded a profile .

I dumped the software & the problem stopped. Then I realized that my cd with the drivers & profiler software seems to have gone missing. So I got on the Siatek website, downloaded & installed the newest drivers & software.

Unfortunatly as I recall others saying, my current profiles will not work with the new software & I cannot figure-out how to work the new profiler. Absolutely no frigin joy.

I'm pulling my hair out here.

I had my Joystick Axis drift last week. I figured out all I had to do was un plug the USB and plug it back in and everything sat stable.

Hello chaps, the mouse moving business is caused by Saitek Magic Mouse. You need to disable this in the systems/hardware thing in the control panel.

i have had this problem too. I solve it moving it in the direction is wandering and then use the microsoft mouse to the same position. This seems to stop it. i can then use either mouse controller.

Ok now I've located my original cd & ran the software on it. Unfortunately when I try running the profile editor nothing happens.

Is there any way to straighten this mess out?
