guitarman68
Delta7 has made a good point is everyone going to install the upgrade, as if they don't they won't be able to connect to whoever is hosting.
DZ9
"Delta7 has made a good point is everyone going to install the upgrade, as if they don't they won't be able to connect to whoever is hosting. " Its not so bad since IL2 supports multiple installs. Doesnt write to the registry so you can have mulitple version, ie patched version unpatched version etc. not that i dont doubt everyone on here will have bought 6 copies of each! Blairgowrie
I think it will be an issue Dazza because of the new aircraft. We already use paid add-ons. What I suspect will happen is that we will all go out and buy a copy of each. (wink, wink) Anyone who has scruples in our group might not want to participate so we might need a show of hands before we go ahead: which we will anyway. And you thought this was a democracy? JensenPark
I have no scruples whatsoever. I have a buddy who works for Ubi in Montreal...I'm trying to get a free copy from him...
1. DDz Quorum B16Enk Posted April 7, 2006 1. DDz Quorum Share Posted April 7, 2006 A discussion we will take up in our private section ;) My scruples evaporate when it comes to marketing madness that is intent on depriving our squad of an even playing field
Quazi
Maybe the above two posts should be deleted. This is a public forum and I'd hate for news to travel and cause any headaches. Just a suggestion.
Blairgowrie
I have amended my post and suggest others do likewise.
JensenPark
not to worry, my procurement of the freebies is completely above board...he's in marketing and gets loads of freebies to give out. Plus, I'd hate to retract the truth about the fact I have so scruples.
