One, is to relief one self, i.e. letting air out, i.e. to fart. In this case I think, no I am almost sure, it means she is releasing something new in november. What it is you can´t really tell without proceeding by clicking the link. Maybe she is an artist, singer, who knows. Until we know, it simply means farting!?
