  1. Just googled it and it even hits on the actual photo, pretty sure Fenrir has it, I will hang my anorak in shame as I am an utter failure in this nerd off.
  2. Ding ding ding we have a winner........you sad geek!
  3. Negative and negative Time to 'crack' open some history books
  4. Negative, I'm in Geneva right now so on my iPad and can't upload any more pictures for clues, so I will say it is a British aircraft, it's a real cracker.
  5. Hey there you vocal god. OK, here goes, I hope this is difficult enough. Need to be a real anorak to know this I'm pretty sure of that.
  6. I will have to admit my familiarity is limited with this type, I knew Canada had an independent manufacturer that made bush planes and had to do some CSI googling to help me.
  7. Not just the nose on the electra but I think the cowlings rule it out too, on the electra they aren't cylindrical, they sort of narrow down at the rear periphery. Because BA has the Beech I will stick with Cessna Bobcat......final answer.
  8. I think BA has it, but it could be a Cessna Bobcat.
  9. Ok here goes, been scouring the net for some pics of a very rare beastie......
  10. Crap!!.....I didn't think this through, now I have to prepare a quiz......
  11. I think I got it......F-100 super sabre
  12. My best guess on what we have is an F-86 sabre.
  13. Cool link, thanks Arthur, both are deceased now, my dad was a National service conscript post war and my uncle was a coastal command pilot during the war, would I also be able to apply for my late brothers service records too? he left the army in the 90's and died only a few years after, or is that too recent?
  14. I'd love to see my dad and uncle's RAF service records.
  15. Couldn't resist, not the lowest I've been
  16. I've had passengers who created smells that could choke a donkey, bad thing about the Learjet is that the toilet may be in the back but the cabin pressure outflow valves are under the pilots feet, so all those lovely aromas make their way straight to the front.
  17. So....who is tempted to try the same thing on the next scam mail?
