Sorry to dig up an old thread but I have tried the separate toggle for gear up and down but can only get the gear to come down.
Assigning a command to Magneto next does not work
I have added the command to a MODS section at the end of my conf.ini
Any pointers?
Magneto next is for the arrestor hook - magneto previous is for gear

Guys, its already been answered above, For normal flying we will be as always with externals on, simples. Lastnight was just a test of the concept in co-ops to see if there was any bugs, nothing more, nothing less.
For special events we will be limited, because for things like north africa, neither side wants the other to be seeing what there doing on externals, it will ruin the concept of the event, where fog of war is important, but i'll say it again, for normal weekly flying, will be the same as always.
"Normal" is open pit, Long icons with color.
Lets not have a dedicated full switch night and leave that for the special events only. The last thing we want to do is turn people away from the Dangerdogz.
I just think there was a just little bit of cornfusion about this.
I think it is safe to state that "The Dogz will never go to locked pit for our normal get togethers"

'Nuff said. I love the normal nights and don't want full switch but love the opportunity to have it on events such as North Africa to prevent inadvertant spotting of enemy aircraft and vehicles.

Mouse and Keyboard all the way Trib, it is a very good PC game.
What are it's aims? Will I get more satisfaction from it as opposed to getting involved in short tank battles because I really find World of Tanks easy to get into and use as an occasional?

You can also do it for the arrestor hook....in the [Mods] section of your conf.ini add the line: SeparateHookUpDown=1
With this option, your Toggle Tailhook control only acts as Tailhook Down, and whatever key you assign to 'Magneto Next' is Tailhook Up.

They won't do us a group deal due to the airshow being on and they are charging a flat rate of £179 p/n which would be doable for me if sharing a room, but is way expensive otherwise.
