I grabbed part 4 again Rog, from Bit Torrent, and could upload it if you want. When I reinstalled I got the "somefiles are corrupt" message. The check sum would help a lot. I want to be able to cut some DVD's for some of the guys with flakier connections like Tribunus.

Just checked what I sent you Rog and sure enough Part 4 only had 89 mbs instead of 200 mbs. I may try the torrent again.

I was under the impression that 1.2 can go right over 1.1. Why would you need 1.1.1?

That is very strange Rog. I wonder what happened? I installed it over 1.1 and got no errors. Maybe something I did wrong with Godzilla.

OK gents. The AAA 1.2 is now in the vault. Just goes right over 1.1. Could be my imagination but the Spit Mark X1V seems to fly a lot smoother.

I have just uploaded 1.2 to the vault. Rog or FT will have to grab it and do what they need to do before it can be downloaded but the FTTP transfer seemed to go well. Only took 15 minutes to upload.

Bit Torrent seems to be the best way to do this. If any of you need help with setting up Bit Torrent, I would be more than happy to hop on TS and explain it.

Tried to install again and it failed at the same point.

I can still open 4.08m standard and 4.09m no mods but the modded options are not available.

It only gives me two options Jedi. Close or cancel. The install can not continue and it has screwed up version 1.1 so that I can't open any of the versions. Feckin' mods!

Excellent post Brando. If we can ever get to the stage where 4.09m final is incorporated into the mods then I will be a happy camper. Strange there is such a split reaction to the new sounds in 1.2. Some people love them amd others swear they are porked.

It will go through Customs without any issue, if you mark on the customs declaration that it has nominal value.

That is one of the concerns I have too Jabo. Along with limited disc space and concern for some of the less technical DD's. I can solve my own disc space issues by getting a 300gb Raptor and moving the 74gb Raptor to my back up computer.

I am not going to do anything until they sort out how 4.09m final will work. Seems like a very temporary situation until they get that sorted. I am tired of multiple installs. Any indication of when they will be able to release the 4.09m final version of the mods?
