Pooka, me and the wives want to have a night at the theatre when we visit London. Any recommendations on what we might take in? I see 39 Steps by John Buchan is still running after 2 years? It was a book I had to read at school and I enjoyed it.

Thanks JP. Yes, I was the Canadian Sales Manager for a company out of Dallas called Docutel. They were the first company in the world to manufacture a full automated teller machine. There were some cash dispensers around but they got limited usage. I was with them for 5 years and had a great time, selling machines to most of the big Canadian Banks and Trust Companies. Unlimited expense account and jetting all over Canada. Things came to a sad end when the big guys like IBM and NCR got into the game. Docutel did not have the cash to compete with giants with new machines and they were eventually gobbled up. I keep thinking of getting a larger monitor Pup but I spent so much on my Sony 19" I just can't do it...... yet! But if I was going to do it, I would not get less than 24". I don't think that will be an issue Tribunus. There are enough people going to Normandy, I am sure you will be able to get a lift from someone. Perhaps someone will be along shortly to offer. Only Pooka, myself and better halves will arrive London,

Red Lion is top notch Tribunus. You should be able to get a double room with twin beds at considerably lower cost than a single. If you have definitely decided to go, Jabo can book a room for you now. You will have to pay for it January 1st. The room cost includes a hearty breakfast. You just tell the gorgeous girl with the big tits what you want and she makes it for you herself. There is tons of fresh coffee, orange juice and you can make your own toast. Very civilized.

Thanks Jabo. 90 quid split two ways doesn't sound too bad as long there are two single beds and not one double. I am sure the guys who are getting a lift will be happy to chip in towards the parking, petrol and congestion charge..... unless JP is in the same vehicle.

Reply from Moby Dick. Try Days Inn (Kennington Road) that is right opposite us, and has 24 hr parking for £10 per day, don't forget congestion though!

I have asked Mody Dick's if they can recommend a place to stay and if there is any overnight parking available near them. Will post back here if I get a reply.
