Perfesser Posted Wednesday at 04:42 PM Posted Wednesday at 04:42 PM A serious question here but I don't want to start a war as I'm going to guess that to invite the opinion of many of you this topic is as dangerous as politics or religion. I got a sample box of Yorkshire Tea dropped at my door (I'm guessing some promotion). It's not something I've ever seen before in stores here so the question is : Is it the legendary brew Youtube suggests or (much like our own Tim Horton's) straight to the compost bin? 1 Quote
BluBear Posted yesterday at 09:25 AM Posted yesterday at 09:25 AM Well, people drink it. But I prefer PG Tips personally, as a softy Southerner. Quote
Crash Posted yesterday at 10:41 AM Posted yesterday at 10:41 AM Nowt rong we Yorkshire. A proper brew. 1 Quote
BluBear Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago For context Perf, Crash is located North of the Watford Gap, so he's in prime Yorkshire Tea catchment area. 😆 Quote
DD_Arthur Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago For even more context; the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbour has it's roots in Britain's addiction to tea... Quote
1. DDz Quorum Friar Posted 1 hour ago 1. DDz Quorum Posted 1 hour ago If you are going to be making proper "builders tea", boil the kettle, pour on the tea bag (do I need to say in a mug?), I use a spoon to waggle it about to get the tea flowing, with the odd press against the side of the mug to assist. 2 minutes and your done. THEN ADD THE MILK (if required). I would say a B3 for me Quote
