If you want to have a lot of the latest mods for offline use and like me you dont want to edit files to include new ships aircraft etc then this might be for you. What you need is Dark Blue World 1.71 a "clean" #DBW folder and the 19 BIG downloads of The Full Monty. Each of the downloads is a JSGME mod and they must be installed in order. Each mod is several Megs in size and as such it takes some time to enable them. As its a JSGME mod there is nothing else to do. We havnt used UP3 for months. Just keep a stock version of 4.11.1 handy and update hissy 6 to 6.0.17

I cant update to DCS World 1.2.2 yet I think I will get it as yet another sim that ONE day I will get to learn. Maybe Chrizzy present.

Nice to see you last night. If you dont know already some info for you If you want to practice take offs use quick mission builder, make sure that there are no enemy or friendly aircraft selected and choose scramble as your target. It is worth mapping keys/buttons to prop pitch up prop pitch down flaps up flaps down manual u/c up manual u/c down tail hook select engines 1,2,3 and four select all engines canopy radiator there are a lot more but that will get you going. Some are already mapped but you still have to know which button to press Someone will be along to give more advice anyway.

I think that IL-2 prefers Nvidia but then I have never used a Radeon card.
