DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THIS IF YOU HAVE A ROUTER AND HAVE NOT SET UP PORT FORWARD FOR PORT 21 OR IF YOU HAVE A ROUTER AND DO NOT RUN AN FTP Server This is just for information but since I have being using the No-IP address bbloke.serve..... I have had one person on the same network, or two people from the same network try to break down my FTP door. I've had the ip addresses banned and it will ban anything that tries too often. I thought you would just like to be aware.
