Roger, at the risk of being incharge of an educational program focused on my mothers mother, the poultry industry and the physics of air compression as a force for pulling......... my 46 IS in its own folder. within that the triple switcher created 3 folders, one for each version. i have an icon on my desktop for each version. i click on that. it runs a batch file. i then launch the game from a desktop icon that points to the .exe within the 46 folder. the required version launches.

ok, own up, who actually clicked on the link to see if it existed?......

i have the 46 installed into its own new folder. i also have the french triple switcher installed. what i would like is some clear instructions on how to apply the beta batch and still have the switching options. i believe that quazi has done something but i am not sure if that applies to a 46 install on top of 4.05? perhaps someone could put together a consise upgrade/install map?

as bbloke suggested i have found it in my netcache. so look out for a orange suited x-wing pilot (now with black sun visor) floating down past you soon ! p.s. many thanks mobius

i think it was during thursday's game, someone had a pilot that when bailed out had a fantastic orange suit on ! i think it may have been shadow? i know they say that those who ask dont get, but i was wondering if i may please have a copy as i think it looked so cool........here's hoping.....

from my records i believe that some of the objects from 4.05 have been re-numbered in 4.07 i believe that objects 442 to 465 have been re-numbered 494 - 517 442 - 462 are new buildings 463 - 467 are duplications of 432 - 436 489 - 493 are duplications of 437 - 441 468 - 493 are winter versions of 442 - 467 518 onwards are new objects Am I right ?

will applying this patch mess up the triple switcher?

why is it a must for vsync enable for track ir. the graphics tweaks say to not enable it. signed confused of croydon

just checked the ubi zoo. the patch is a beta, so i think that i will wait a bit before installing it.............

Hay JensenPark, would you mind noting what you did please for it to work. step by step. is that all you have to do, is there no messing about with disabling optical drives etc? if so, it will be great....... cheers

thanks for that dave, i will have a proper look when i get a chance. i am just dipping in and out of the forums when ever i can get a chance at the moment. i have ai sound and sub-titles turned off and have had for some time.

i have d/l the drivers dave suggested and installed them. i do not know what to set the differnt options for to get the best out of it, for the moment i have selected the default "fastest" option. i have not yet been able to wangle any time to try it out! but hoping to get flying agian soon

ok, forget that. DOH. i now realise that after clicking on the switch icon, you click on the game icon and it starts. yippeee time to clear down some folders..........

i have run the installer and now have 3 icons on my desktop. i pointed the program to the 1946 folder. when i click on the icons, nothing happens! any one have any pointers as to what is not working?
