great ideas about the site-
I would like a diary section so that squad members can see when squad nights and times are on and also if someone wants to arrainge training or practice they could post there and others could see what and who is available.
I have a shot of spitfire at an air museum so if you wish to use this as background then you could photoshop others into group in front

I like idea of link to each persons details
the link to application page and mission statement should be easily found on main page to allow people who may be interested in joining to get this info quickly and easily
